This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) explains the terms under which you may use StageStar 2 (“StageStar,” “the App,” “the Game,” or “Licensed Application”). Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using StageStar 2.
StageStar 2 is developed and operated by Edmond Szabo (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Licensor”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using StageStar 2, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

StageStar 2 is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, only for your personal entertainment use and in accordance with the rules of the app store where you downloaded the App.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works from StageStar 2, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
If you downloaded StageStar 2 through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, your use of the App is also subject to that store’s applicable terms, rules, and policies. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the app store’s mandatory rules, the app store’s mandatory rules will apply only to the extent required.
StageStar 2 can be played offline without using online features. Some online features require you to create or sign into an account.
Online features may include, but are not limited to:
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login access secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account and not to impersonate another person or entity.
“User Content” means content that you create, upload, share, or post through StageStar 2, including Online Feed posts, uploaded images, usernames, profile content, shared offline stats, and other content submitted by you.
You keep ownership of your User Content. However, by posting or uploading User Content to StageStar 2, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and make that content available inside StageStar 2 as needed to operate the online features of the App.
This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where backup, legal, safety, moderation, or technical retention is reasonably necessary.
You agree that you will not upload, post, or share content that:
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe this Agreement or applicable law has been violated.
Images and posts uploaded to the Online Feed are stored on our servers so they can be shown to other users through the online features. You should only upload images and content that you have the right to use and share.
Content you post to online areas may be visible to other users. Do not post private information or anything you do not want others to see.
StageStar 2 stores most offline gameplay data directly on your device. This can include save data, game progress, settings, selected cover art references, and the last used cover art for songs so you can reuse it more easily in the game.
Local data may be deleted if you uninstall the App, clear app data, reset your device, or otherwise remove local storage. We are not responsible for local data loss caused by device actions, operating system behavior, user deletion, or third-party software.
StageStar 2 may include cover art, graphics, and other assets for NPCs and fictional in-game content. NPC cover art used by the game is royalty-free and not licensed from real artists, labels, or copyrighted album artwork.
You may not extract, resell, redistribute, or use StageStar 2’s game assets outside the App unless we give you written permission or the asset’s license separately allows it.
StageStar 2 may include a background removal feature for “Stickers” used with Merchify. This feature may be available to StageStar+ users.
When you use this feature, the image you select is uploaded to our own server only for the purpose of processing the background removal. After processing, the result is downloaded back to your device, and the uploaded image is deleted from the server after the download/process is completed.
We do not manually access or review your sticker images while they are being uploaded or processed, except if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or technical troubleshooting.
StageStar 2 includes AI-generated content features, including context-aware posts, NPC posts, and replies. These features may use gameplay context, user posts, or in-game events to generate fictional social content inside the game.
After AI replies and NPC posts are generated, the temporary generation data used for that process is deleted. User posts used to generate AI replies are not stored separately for AI processing beyond what is necessary to generate the response, unless the post itself is an Online Feed post stored as part of the online service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, fictional, or inappropriate. It does not represent real advice, real people, or our personal views. You should not rely on AI-generated content as factual information.
StageStar 2 may include Online Charts for songs, albums, artists, and other game-related rankings. If you use these features, selected gameplay data may be submitted to our servers so your results can appear in online rankings.
Online chart data may include usernames, public artist names, song names, album names, chart positions, performance numbers, peaks, last positions, and other gameplay statistics related to the online ranking system.
StageStar 2 may offer optional subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases, including StageStar+. Purchases are handled by the app store or payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
Paid features may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features where reasonably necessary, but we will not intentionally remove paid access unfairly without a valid reason.
Your use of StageStar 2 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, deleted, and protected.
Users may delete their account or request access to their data, correction of their data, deletion of their data, or a copy of their data where required by applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.

We may moderate online features to help keep StageStar 2 safe and functional. We may remove content, limit features, reset online chart entries, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or take other reasonable action if users violate this EULA, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, app store rules, or applicable law.
We may also remove or restrict content if we believe it creates legal risk, security risk, technical harm, or harm to other users.
StageStar 2, including its code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, text, fictional brands, game systems, characters, NPC content, sounds, music, and other assets, is owned by us or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
This Agreement does not give you ownership of StageStar 2 or any of its content. You only receive the limited license described in this Agreement.
We may update, patch, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of StageStar 2 at any time. Updates may add, change, or remove features, including online features, AI features, charts, gameplay systems, or paid features where reasonably necessary.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain online features.
StageStar 2 may use or connect to third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, analytics providers, cloud/server providers, crash reporting tools, or platform services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it by deleting the App and stopping use of StageStar 2.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or online features if you violate this Agreement, create legal or safety risk, misuse online systems, or if we discontinue the App or relevant services.
StageStar 2 is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that StageStar 2 will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, or inability to access the App.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
If you live in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your usual place of residence.
We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes to StageStar 2, online features, legal requirements, or our business practices. If we make significant changes, we may notify you in the App, on our website, or by other reasonable means.
Continuing to use StageStar 2 after an updated EULA becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
